Fly to Dalaman; transfer to Kas.

On arrival in Kas, you'll make your way (either via a scheduled group transfer or independently) to your boutique hotel, the Kas Artemis Hotel. The outdoor pool beckons to swim off any post-flight grogginess. Have a sundowner and wind down into holiday mode: the real adventure starts tomorrow.

Jeep safari to some of the region's best beaches and canyons

You'll be collected at 9.30 am today; perhaps more of a lie-in than your average weekday. You'll be driven by jeep to Kaputas Beach to see the turquoise waters that epitomise this part of Turkey. As well as being ideal Instagram fodder, it's a real scene-setter for the trip ahead. Then it's on to a couple of traditional Greek villages where you'll stop for a late breakfast. Then, you head further inland to canyon country. On foot, you'll pass through Gizlikent Gorge to find its incredible waterfall. Then explore further into Saklikent National Park to see the deep canyon carved between two mountains, before stopping for lunch in these spectacular surroundings.A visit to Patara Beach follows, for another hit of that pure azure sea. There's time for a swim before the day wraps up around 6.00 pm and you return to the Kas Artemis Hotel.

A full day sea kayaking and discover a lost city

It's an earlier start this morning, heading out around 8.00 am to Ucagiz. This is where you'll get a briefing before hitting the water in a sea kayak, bound for Kekova island. If you managed to squeeze in a few extra gym sessions before your trip, you'll be grateful for the extra stamina today. Kekova island is the site of a sunken city, and you'll be able to make out the layout of houses beneath the surface. Lunch is in an enviable spot - the village of Simena, which is inaccessible by road. A hilltop castle overlooks it, and you'll catch views of the whole bay.Rest up this evening. You'll need your energy for a challenging day tomorrow…

Go canyoning! Abseil, swim and plunge into pools of cool water

There's an adrenaline-charged day in store today, and you'll need a head for heights too. You're off to the mountains behind Kas, stopping at the Kibris Canyon. You'll be provided with all the gear and spend the day canyoning, swimming, abseiling and plunging into the cold river water.

Spend a day at sea exploring the beautiful Turkish and Greek islands

After yesterday's antics, the tempo is dialled down. Ice cold drink in hand and soaking up the sunshine, you'll set sail from Kas Harbour to explore bays and coves around the local islands. You'll get a sense of the region's ancient history as you meander around the rocky outcrops. Lunch on board is fresh and leisurely. Bliss.

Hit the road on two wheels and cycle through the forests

Fuel up at breakfast, you'll need this morning's carbs to turbocharge an exhilarating day in the mountains. You'll spend the morning cycling along trails that ascend through the cedar forest, with the majestic Kibris Gorge within sight. A homemade lunch is served in a village house before you descend on fast roads back to Kas. Fitness not what it used to be? A guide and minibus are on hand to help out any stragglers!

Today is free for you to choose from optional activities. A farewell dinner wraps things up

Today is yours to spend as you like. Ramp things up with options to paraglide or SCUBA dive, visit the local market, or if you'd rather enjoy some R 'n' R before heading home, take a Turkish bath. There is also the option to visit the Greek island of Kastellorizo, also known as Megisti to the locals or Meis in Turkey. This is the most easterly of the Dodecanese Islands, and one of the most picturesque. In the early evening we get together in one of the town's most colourful restaurant for a farewell dinner.
